been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia for 2 years, 8 years with bilateral rotator cuff tendenitis, carpul tunel bilaterally and tennis elbow.
great deal of constant pain-was taking 8-10 percocets a day+effexor. Dr. changed to codiene contin twice a day and effexor. I also take cranberry, viamin e,garlic and a multivitamin.
The contin is helping but I still take a percocet around 1:PM and about 5:PM. I am a person who never even took an aspirin but this condition is so painful I can hardly manage to get out of bed and getting dressed and showered is a whole other ball game.
I tried aquafitness but it made matters worse. I tried massage therapy and was in even more pain. My doctor says I should quit work but I need to work in order to eat. I live in Canada by the way so we are far behind in
the understanding of this desease. Do you have any suggestions for me? I frequent the Fibromyalgia Network often so I can see what is new. All I can say is HELP!
