The prognosis is to be favorable and not miserable in the years(important support and treatment). Even if great is the duration of the chronic fibromyalgia
they prevail the depressive symptoms which resulted of the condition
of suffering ( and not viceversa)
Is in every tractable case but with difficulty.....the treatment must be standadizes for avoiding cares improprie you damn or toxicity from medicines and to avoid that the patients go from a doctor to the other without concluding
nothing(with tall improper Costs)

Important is to know that it has multiple causes (neurological-the prevailing one and more diffuse ipoteso-autoimmune suspicious and pregresse infections mycoplasma pneumonia or other-)
CENTRAL CORRECT THERAPY FOR THE LIFE I AM:
1)To take care of and to regularize the sleep often sleeping when is possible.
2)To avoid when is possible situations of Psico -physical STRESS
3)To continue with gymnastics to regulate 4-5 times a week (swimming warm water and stretching and yoga other exercise relaxante)
4)To be active and to know his/her own illness Education and culture they are important
5)To maintain conctacts with patients groups of support and a one doctor pointed out rheumatology or Phisycian expert FMS
6)The job must have alternated sedentary and not nighttime turns!
7)Threshold the use of medicines keeping track of the liver and renail toxicity
to use4 only in the periods of strong pain alternating the rest with the physical exercise
8) to take care of the depression and to know how to recognize her/it in his demonstrations
9) to avoid too much the rest worsens the fibromyalgia
10)To constantly use vitaminic supplemenst or natural elements against the work and that they help
for metabolism of the neuro trasmission.
