: Personally, I've noticed 2 types of fms patients as far as sex. Most are hypersexual, as sex is a good healthy escape from stress and pain.
: The other group is very hyposexual.

: I recommend sex. It is enjoyable aerobic exercise, it helps maintain a marriage, and also a recent study showed sexual fantasy to reduce pain.
