I experience much swelling in my hands and ankles, as well. These are all common symptoms of FMS. Do you have severe pain in your hands and feet? To ease you worries about symptoms, etc., I highly recommend Fibromyalgia and Chronic Myofascial Pain-A Survival Manual by Starlanyl and Copeland. I wish I could find a doctor who knew something about how debilitating FMS is.
