I certainly agree with you Barabara. I went the medication route a few years back and found myself sicker than ever! I find that eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables is essential in alleviating pain. The nutrients and the live enzymes found in the produce heals the body much better than any medication ever could! When in severe pain, I go on a juice fast, which means that I make my own fresh fruit and vegetable juices with the Juiceman machine and drink to my hearts content, but consume nothing else. The richness of the fresh juices is incredibally healing!
Keep up the good work, as I too always warn people against the use of narcotic pain killers!
