: I would be most grateful to hear of any natural remedies, especfially in the way of vitamins, herbs, or diet. And, my own meager offerings: I seem to be much better if I restrict sugar (except for fruits), wine, and get rest. Sometimes, after a couple of days of no sugar or alcohol at all, I can be almost pain free and can use my arm muscles relatiely normally.
