The object of the game is to feel better and the wrong therapy certainly can make you feel worse! Having a doctor who doesn't believe that FM is real can be devastating. iwould love to send the doctor to your forum,will try. i am so confused he is the one that said i have fibromyalgia but when i have gone back to him. he seems very unconcerned maybe because he is uneducated on the subject i dont know. i do not want to get worse i need to bad to work for awhile longer. i will hold off on physical therapist until after christmas. thank you so much for your help, brenda
