: It was somewhat of a relief to read that someone else is experiencing the burning, as well. I was diagnosed with fibrmyaligia about 9 years ago, but just began with the burning about a year ago. I feel it on my face, my neck, my arms, legs, spine, scalp, etc. I always expect to see a bright red rash or heat emanating from the locale of the burning but there is no outward manifestation. It is truly driving me crazy. I have yet to find out what the cause is.
