A) is important you cure Sleep! who herbes Valerian Phassiflora and other
USE drugs for Several form and for 2-3 months is good
Amytriptilina 10- 20 mg in the evening low dose
Not suspension bruscque!!
-Relax Music.....and
-Bath Water warm in the evening!! day for day..
