i've been referred to a psychiatrist now from the pain clinic --supposedly to see if they can teach me relaxation techniques is something everyone goes through????
im kind of wary of going--almost hoping the ins. will deny it --maybe i am just touch about the subject of maybe they think this is in my head.
any thoughts on this direction of treatment/??
